Service & Maintenance
What we do
We offer different levels of maintenance contracts to suit our client's requirements. Our main objective is to "keep the show on the road" by providing a high level of support to ensure client meetings always go ahead.
Depending on the service option you require, we offer preventative maintenance visits, including a full equipment check and clean to ensure your systems perform to high standards. This ensures we identify any potential problems at an early stage to extend equipment life. Any products that cannot be repaired on site are returned to Orion or to manufacturers as required.
Spare parts are included in your contract, but consumables are excluded.
Training
A vital ingredient of the purchase of equipment is ensuring users of the rooms and spaces feel totally at ease.
Training on the equipment drives up usage, and gives you a faster return on your investment.
Orion offer two levels of training, one for the business user who will use the space, and the other for a "super-user" appointed to provide advice and support to colleagues.
Training is relaxed and informal and the emphasis is on communication, not technology.
We also offer bespoke courses based around a particular client requirement.
